Salmon is known for its rich, firm, pink meat – a color it gets from eating a lot of shrimps. It changes its look several times during its life from mottled to silver shining with a few black dots. And it actually changes shape as well – as time goes on, its body gets rounder and head pointy. Salmon is very sensitive to pollution and only lives in clean and cold water with lots of oxygen.
At RADIO we only use salmon from Norwegian or Faroese farms, with great focus on the environment and animal welfare.
