Brussel sprouts

Do you know anyone who thinks Brussel sprouts both taste and smell like fart? Probably. But then it is curtain that they haven’t tasted well prepared Brussel sprouts because they taste really good! The Brussel sprouts barely needs cooking, only a short blanche or served raw. At RADIO prefer the lightly bitter taste with a bit of sweetness like honey. If you think it is too much eating a whole or a half Brussel sprout at a time, cut of the bottom separating the leaves so you can use it in salads or to venison.

The Brussel sprouts are connected to long stems which are ripe from October to February. The good thing about Brussel sprouts is that they are frost resistant – actually, they get better after a bit of frost – which is why they can remain on the fields throughout the winter.
