ABOUT RADIO
RADIO is an informal restaurant located only 100 meters from Forum Copenhagen, 200 meters from The Lakes of Copenhagen and neighbors the city’s beautiful, old Radio House. With RADIO we wanted to create a place that is welcoming, modern and urban yet strongly connected to the landscapes and people that surrounds and hold great value to us. In the year before opening RADIO, we hired two gardeners and planted two hectares of vegetables in fields just outside of Copenhagen, which have only been used for organic farming over the past 20 years. The more than 80 crops that we grow in these fields are the foundation of the vegetable based cuisine. We work with unique, ancient grains and legumes from Per Grupe’s organic fields and fresh fruits delivered freshly straight from Lilleø. Furthermore, a number of local fishermen and meat and poultry farmers provide us with high quality products. We hope it speaks for itself.
We don’t normally like to label our food, but just as our many amazing and ambitious friends within the industry, every single day we need to excel at inventing new, interesting and innovative meals our guest will long to take part in. Bon Appetite!


ABOUT JESPER
Jesper (b. 1979) has many years of experience from some of the best restaurants in Denmark. He has been sous-chef at Noma, head chef at Restaurant MR and most recently the assisting head chef at Geranium. In the summer of 2011 he won the prestigious cooking contest “Sol over Gudhjem”.

ABOUT RASMUS
Rasmus (b. 1982) has gained experience from working at international and Danish top restaurants. His CV includes working with Bo Bech at Restaurant Paustian, positions at Alkimia in Barcelona, Restaurant MR on Kultorvet and most recently he was assisting head chef at Geist. In 2007 he won the European Roussillon Dessert Trophy with Olivier Bajard.

ABOUT CLAUS
Throughout his 25 years in the industry, Claus (b.1963) has been an important force in reinventing the Danish restaurant scene with restaurants such as Brasserie Truffée, Ester&Soja (with Mette Martinussen), Noma (with Rene Redzepi), Meyers Deli and by offering a whole new understanding of the modern concept ”Folkekøkken”, where many people eat together in a friendly low key atmosphere. Furthermore, Claus is the mastermind behind a series of ambitious agricultural and food productions as well as mediation initiatives.
