December is in the Air
The calendar has turned a page, now we officially have entered the last month of the year. The weather has turned colder, which means head chef Patrick and the team have put together a December menu that is worth warming up to. This is not a usual Christmas menu, but now we are turning up the sauce intensity and the deep, powerful flavors on the menu. Among other things, with game in the form of some very nice mallards, which provide a taste-wise counterpoint to the season's winter vegetables. It is also now that the cod starts to become delicious, and therefore it is also back on the menu. Currently accompanied by a rich and aromatic butter sauce with the famous vin jaune from the Jura, which gives the dish depth, edge, and autumnal characters.


New top review at RADIO
"... the food at Radio is at a level that elsewhere in the world could trigger a star in the good old car tire guide," - Gastromand & Johan Johansen, who recently paid RADIO a visit. In their enthusiastic and well-written review, Gastromand also concludes that "Restaurant Radio delivers tasty, almost spotless, sustainable, quality gastronomy at a level that is hard to imagine was possible for the price; ingredients, kitchen effort, complexity and the smiles from the waiters on the floor taken into account.”
These words fill the entire RADIO team with pride because they tell exactly what we try to create at RADIO every day: Seasonally focused gastronomy with an eye on craftsmanship, taste, and ingredients - at a price that is also edible ordinary Tuesday night.
We still have our cheesecake ice cream with caviar on the menu, and it is a dish that has garnered many praises, both from guests and reviewers - most recently Rasmus Palsgård from Feinschmeckeren, who praised both the dish and RADIO to the skies when he visited last month.

Christmas holiday from the 23nd of December
We very much hope that you will stop by RADIO one last time in 2022. We will go on Christmas break after service on the 22nd of December and return on 5 January – fresh, well-rested, and of course with a new menu for the new year.
We hope to be allowed to spoil you one last time this year!
