New favourite dishes with warm spices have arrived
February has arrived and spring is just around the corner. The wild garlic is already starting to sprout, but before the fresh shoots arrive, we'll enjoy some pickled garlic flowers. The pickled garlic buds add a spicy flavour to the opening dish of the February menu, grilled cabbage with sauce and a four-year-old Havgus cheese, one of the last remaining examples of this cheese. It is salty, round, and intense, and we hope to get our hands on it again, it's a fantastic cheese. We've also added a potentially new favourite dish to the menu - grilled onions with a rich goose sauce flavoured with chicken livers and five-spice. A comforting and delicious dish that will warm you up in a cold time! The same can be said for our main dish: we serve grilled pork belly glazed with an intense and sour teriyaki-BBQ glaze, served with a creamy blanquette sauce flavoured with roasted asparagus potatoes.


New restaurant manager at RADIO
Recently, we said goodbye and thank you to our talented restaurant manager Tim Ottosen, who is now on new adventures in Bornholm. Fortunately, we have already found a worthy replacement in Emil Melchior, who will build on the strong foundation laid by Tim. Not least our award-winning and sharp wine list, where not one of the wines is chosen randomly. Emil is 29 years old and from Gilleleje, and the passion for wine, food, and guests runs in his blood. His grandfather was in the industry, as is his mother, who also works as a restaurant chef. Emil started as a dishwasher and has since worked his way up and gained experience at a number of restaurants in Copenhagen and surroundings. Now he's ready for his position as restaurant chef at RADIO, and we have high expectations for the cooperation. We hope you will welcome him too.


Last chance for a table for Dining Week
The Dining Week tables are in high demand as usual, and this is your last chance to secure a table at RADIO during winter break week 7. We have one big table available on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th of February. We look forward to a full house and fantastic atmosphere in the restaurant, where we will serve 10 dishes for 525 kroner. The last tables can be reserved through Dining Week here.
