RADIO has the New Year's cure ready
So we entered the new year safe and sound, and we look back on a fantastic year at RADIO in 2022. We have had the house full of happy guests, talented guest chefs, and happy reviewers who have praised Patrick's food and Tim's service and wine pairings to the skies. We are very proud of that, but we will continue undeterred in 2023, where we have, among other things, Dining Week and a visit from exciting guest chefs. You will hear more about that soon, but first of all, right now, our fingers are itching to get back into the kitchen on top of a nice long Christmas break.
On Thursday, January 5, we will be ready with the New Year's cure in the kitchen and restaurant, recharged and prepared to treat you to all the good things that the season has to offer: for example, the winter cabbage, which tastes fantastic right now. We put ignite the taste by giving the cabbage a beating on the grill before we serve it with early summer's pickled spring onion capers and a deep and creamy sauce on Havgus cheese. And that's just the beginning: Expect a January menu with lots of depth and flavour.



Dining Week 2023
During the winter holidays in week 7, we once again participate in Dining Week, where RADIO participates with a 10-serving menu for DKK 525 + ticket fee. Tim finds a special wine menu with good things from the stash, and we can already promise that this evening will be an experience with extremely good value for money. The tickets is available here.
